You will contribute to creating memorable experiences and supporting each child's individual journey in a nurturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist practitioners in delivering engaging educational activities and play opportunities.
* Support children with their personal care routines and general wellbeing throughout the day.
* Observe and report on children's progress and developmental milestones accurately.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment at all times.
* Build positive and respectful relationships with children, parents, and all staff members.
* Contribute to the smooth implementation of daily schedules and nursery policies effectively.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for working with young children in their formative years.
* Hold relevant experience within an early years or nursery environment.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse individuals.
* Exhibit a patient, enthusiastic, and highly nurturing demeanour at all times.
* Show a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
* Ideally possess a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
