Key Responsibilities
* Confidently lead classroom sessions, ensuring students remain focused and on task with pre-set work.
* Proactively manage student behaviour, maintaining a calm and productive learning atmosphere.
* Effectively communicate instructions and expectations to diverse groups of learners.
* Address immediate student queries and provide appropriate support without subject-specific teaching.
* Accurately report on student engagement and any significant behavioural incidents to relevant staff.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and student welfare at all times.
