About the Role
A respected school in a vibrant secondary setting is seeking a dynamic Cover Supervisor to join their dedicated team, offering flexible contract options including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent engagements starting ASAP. This crucial role challenges you to maintain educational continuity and foster an engaging learning environment for students in the absence of their regular teachers. You will be instrumental in upholding the school's high standards, ensuring pupils remain on task and achieve their potential during cover lessons, making a significant impact on their daily educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects to secondary school students.
* Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and orderly atmosphere.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
* Encourage active student participation and independent learning during lesson time.
* Provide concise and accurate feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour.
* Uphold all school policies and procedures consistently and professionally.

* You possess prior experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school environment.
* You demonstrate exceptional classroom management skills, capable of commanding respect and engagement.
* You are proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced educational setting.
