About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join an inclusive school in Chelmsford, commencing in September 2026. This long-term, permanent position invites a passionate educator to make a significant impact within a thriving secondary environment. You will inspire students across the Science curriculum with a specialism in Chemistry, fostering a love for discovery and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons across all secondary key stages.
* Plan and prepare stimulating Science lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment that encourages participation.
* Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and departmental initiatives.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching methodologies.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong academic background in Chemistry or a related Science discipline.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to student welfare.
* Be an enthusiastic and dedicated educator, keen to inspire young minds.
* Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Be proactive in your professional development and open to new teaching approaches.
