Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs.
• Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.
• Establish and maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, sharing best practice and contributing to whole-school initiatives.
• Communicate professionally and warmly with parents and guardians regarding pupil achievements and development.
• Actively participate in the broader life of the school community, contributing to its positive ethos.

About You
• You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are nearing completion of your initial teacher training.
• You demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
• You are committed to your ongoing professional development and embracing new challenges.
• You exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to build excellent rapport with pupils.
• You have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
