Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils with diverse special educational needs (SEN) within a primary school context.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and differentiated learning strategies effectively.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and adapting lessons to meet pupil requirements.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to teaching staff.
* Encourage the development of social skills, independence, and self-esteem among learners.
