Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and accessible lessons to secondary-aged pupils with special educational needs.

* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to maximise pupil engagement and progress.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils, adhering to school policies and safeguarding procedures.
* Provide comprehensive support across general subject areas, reflecting an adapted curriculum.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are eligible to teach in the UK.
* Demonstrable experience of working successfully with secondary-aged pupils with a range of SEN is essential.
* A genuine commitment to supporting the holistic development of pupils with complex learning needs defines your approach.
* Your classroom management skills are robust and consistently applied with empathy and understanding.
