About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated individual looking to make a genuine impact within a vibrant educational setting? A inclusive school is seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their nurturing primary team. This vital role involves supporting the learning journey of children across various year groups, encompassing general classroom assistance and providing tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. We offer a range of flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in creating a stimulating and safe learning environment for all pupils.
* Provide tailored support to individual children or small groups, helping them overcome learning barriers.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, encouraging their social and emotional development.
* Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for children with SEN.
* Prepare and organise learning resources, ensuring they are accessible and engaging.
* Observe and provide constructive feedback on pupil progress, contributing to assessment records.

About You
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development, particularly within a primary setting.
* Prior experience working with children, ideally in a classroom or educational support capacity.
* An understanding of various learning needs, including strategies for supporting pupils with SEN.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with children and staff.
* A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to daily challenges and opportunities.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team, contributing positively to the school community.
