About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join an exceptional primary school, situated in a desirable area of the South East, as a dedicated Teaching Assistant. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide crucial general classroom support across the primary phase, including specialised SEN assistance, commencing as soon as possible. The role offers flexible contract options, ranging from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term placements and even permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, ensuring their academic progress.
* Implement strategies to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) effectively.
* Prepare and organise learning materials and resources for classroom use.
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Contribute positively to the overall well-being and development of primary-aged pupils.

About You
* You possess previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role within a primary setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting the educational journey of young children.
* You have experience or a strong understanding of providing effective support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are patient, adaptable, and able to respond proactively to varying classroom needs.
* You are committed to fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
