About the Role
Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher ready to embrace diverse educational settings? We are seeking dedicated professionals to support a network of well-established primary schools in the Hitchin area, providing vital cover across all primary phases. This challenging yet rewarding opportunity offers the flexibility of long-term, short-term, daily supply, and even permanent contracts for the right candidate, commencing as soon as possible. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of learning and continuity, making a tangible difference to pupils' educational journeys in varied classroom environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups, ensuring curriculum continuity.
* Adapt swiftly to different school environments, policies, and classroom dynamics.
* Implement robust behaviour management strategies to foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and colleagues to uphold school standards.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils, guiding their progress and development.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a solid understanding of the primary curriculum.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability and resilience when working in new environments.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills, capable of inspiring and engaging pupils from diverse backgrounds.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, building rapport quickly with staff and students.
* Show a proactive and positive attitude, consistently seeking to make a difference.
* Be committed to upholding high professional standards and contributing positively to any school community.
