A dynamic school in East London is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join its dedicated team. This vital role involves supporting pupil learning across various subjects within our mainstream secondary environment. We are looking for individuals available for a range of contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with an immediate start available. You will play a crucial part in maintaining continuity of education, receiving a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise pupils effectively in the absence of their regular teacher.
* Ensure a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment for all.
* Manage classroom behaviour consistently and with confidence.
* Distribute and collect pre-set work as provided by teaching staff.
* Provide appropriate support to pupils, addressing questions where possible.
* Maintain clear and concise communication with relevant departmental teams.

* You possess previous experience working with young people in an educational setting.
* You demonstrate the ability to manage a classroom with authority and warmth.
