About the Role
A respected school is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their supportive primary team, providing essential cover across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. This dynamic role involves maintaining a vibrant learning environment during teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment time, ensuring consistent educational delivery for pupils. We are open to discussing various contract arrangements, whether you are seeking daily supply, short-term placements, a long-term commitment, or even a permanent position, offering flexibility to suit your professional needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons to pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Maintain a stimulating and organised classroom environment that fosters positive learning outcomes.
• Cover teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment time with professionalism and consistency.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and individual pupil needs.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support the school's wider educational objectives.
• Uphold the school's values and behavioural expectations, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all pupils.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience within primary education.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the primary curriculum across all key stages.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build strong rapport with pupils.
• Be highly adaptable and able to transition smoothly between different year groups and subjects.
• Show a genuine passion for fostering children's development and a commitment to their learning journey.
• Possess strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
