About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated MFL - French & Spanish Teacher to join a flourishing secondary school, committed to academic excellence and vibrant cultural education. We are seeking an inspirational educator to deliver engaging lessons across all key stages, fostering a love for languages within our students. This long-term, permanent contract commences on 1st September 2026, offering a competitive salary paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic French and Spanish lessons, catering to diverse learning needs.
* Assess student progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every student thrives.
* Implement engaging teaching strategies that promote strong linguistic skills and cultural understanding.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives to enhance the curriculum.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a relevant degree in French and/or Spanish.
* A proven ability to teach French and Spanish up to Key Stage 4 is essential, with Key Stage 5 experience being desirable.
* You are passionate about languages and dedicated to inspiring young people to achieve their full potential.
* Excellent classroom management skills ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced colleagues (MPS/UPS).
* You are a collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking MFL department.
