About the Role
A highly regarded secondary school in the Shropshire area is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join its supportive team, commencing as soon as possible. This pivotal role involves maintaining continuity of learning for students across various subjects in the absence of regular teaching staff. The school is offering an attractive daily rate of £145 - £160 and provides flexibility with various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and potential permanent opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and engagement during lessons.
* Provide clear instructions and support to students during learning activities.
* Collaborate positively with teaching staff and senior leaders to ensure seamless lesson transitions.
* Uphold the school's high standards of conduct and professionalism at all times.

* Demonstrable experience of working with young people in a secondary educational setting.
