About the Role
A forward-thinking school in the thriving Berkshire region is seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join its dedicated secondary team on a long-term, permanent contract from September 2026. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across the secondary age range.
* Plan and prepare innovative schemes of work that cater to diverse learning styles.
* Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Maths curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel empowered to succeed.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school activities.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong academic background in Mathematics.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring pupils in Maths.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for an excellent start, or an experienced practitioner (MPS/UPS) seeking a new challenge.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil well-being.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
