This pivotal role involves delivering targeted academic support across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential. We are looking for an individual available for an immediate start, with flexible contract options ranging from daily supply and short-term placements to long-term or even permanent opportunities. This position offers a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180, reflecting the vital impact you will have on pupil progress.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement effective intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers to identify pupils requiring additional support.
* Monitor and rigorously assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as necessary.
* Create stimulating and inclusive learning resources tailored to diverse needs.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Contribute to a nurturing and challenging educational environment for all learners.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess recent primary teaching experience.
* You demonstrate a proven track record of successful intervention delivery in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
* You possess an excellent understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* You are adept at differentiating instruction to meet a wide range of learning styles.
* You exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with ease.
