Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across key stages, stimulating curiosity and critical thinking.
* Assess student progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to facilitate academic growth.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of an innovative and challenging science curriculum.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management, fostering a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Actively participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives, supporting collaborative improvement.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student well-being at all times.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, specialising in Chemistry or a related science discipline.
* Demonstrate a profound passion for Chemistry, capable of inspiring students from diverse backgrounds.
* Show proven ability to deliver excellent outcomes, whether an Early Career Teacher or an experienced professional (ECT/MPS/UPS).
* Exhibit outstanding classroom practice, managing behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning environment.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing positively to a cohesive departmental team.
* Maintain a strong commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
