Key Responsibilities
* Provide bespoke support to primary-aged pupils, meticulously following their individual EHCPs.
* Facilitate engaging learning experiences for children facing complex challenges, such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language delays.
* Implement effective strategies within both one-to-one and small group interventions.
* Adapt resources and activities to address specific learning barriers and foster pupil progress.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and external specialists to ensure a cohesive support system.
* Diligent monitoring and reporting on pupil development, adjusting support as required.

* Proven experience supporting primary-aged children with a range of special educational needs is essential.
* A comprehensive understanding of complex learning difficulties, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language challenges.
