A highly regarded school in the Harlow area is seeking dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join their team, providing essential cover across various primary settings. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups, often following pre-prepared plans.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to learn.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies, promoting a respectful and focused learning environment.
• Adapt quickly and seamlessly to new school procedures, timetables, and classroom dynamics.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with school staff, ensuring smooth transitions and feedback.
• Prioritise the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils under your supervision at all times.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for teaching in UK primary schools.
• Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for primary education and inspiring young minds.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain discipline positively.
• Show exceptional adaptability and resilience when working in diverse school settings.
• Commit to upholding the highest professional standards and contributing positively to school life.
• Be reliably available for daily, short-term, or long-term supply assignments as required.
