Key Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, using insights to inform future planning and provision.
• Cultivate strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, fostering effective home-school partnerships.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare, ensuring a safe and secure setting for all pupils.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to whole-school development.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a robust understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Possess proven experience working as a Reception Class Teacher, showcasing excellent classroom practice.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to child-centred learning.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effortlessly with children and adults.
