An innovative school is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join its supportive team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant. This crucial role involves providing tailored support to primary-aged pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), addressing a range of complex learning needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties. You will work closely with children both on a one-to-one basis and within small group settings, fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.
