About the Role
A dedicated school in East London is seeking an enthusiastic Intervention Teacher to join their welcoming team. This vital role involves supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, delivering targeted interventions to boost progress and attainment. We are looking for someone available to start as soon as possible, with various contract options available from short-term to permanent, offering a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging intervention sessions for individuals and small groups across the primary phase.
* Assess pupil progress meticulously, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning approach.
* Monitor and record the impact of interventions, providing regular feedback on pupil development.
* Foster a positive and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued.
* Identify specific learning gaps and implement targeted strategies to close them effectively.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience within UK primary schools.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully raising attainment through targeted interventions.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning requirements.
* Be highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in a dynamic educational setting.
* Possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
