About the Role
Join a forward-thinking school dedicated to providing an exceptional learning experience for every pupil, where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated SEN Class Teacher. This role involves becoming a valued member of a specialist SEN primary school, focusing on teaching small groups of pupils who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) by expertly adapting the national curriculum. We are seeking professionals for various contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and inclusive lessons to small groups of pupils with diverse needs.
* Skillfully adapt the national curriculum content to meet individual learning styles and requirements.
* Develop, implement, and review personalised EHCPs, ensuring pupil progress and well-being.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to create a holistic support network.
* Cultivate a nurturing, positive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.
* Accurately assess pupil attainment, providing insightful feedback and setting achievable next steps.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for special educational needs.
* You demonstrate recent experience working effectively with pupils who have complex learning needs.
* You are adept at differentiating the curriculum to cater for a wide spectrum of abilities and challenges.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice within a supportive setting.
