Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within a specialist setting.
* Actively facilitate and encourage the development of social communication skills.
* Implement strategies to effectively manage sensory needs, ensuring a comfortable learning environment.
* Support students in accessing the curriculum, adapting materials as necessary to meet individual learning styles.
* Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioural support strategies.
