You will have the flexibility of daily supply, short-term, long-term, and even permanent contract opportunities, allowing you to tailor your work to your lifestyle. The role involves acting as both a Teacher and Cover Supervisor, maintaining high standards of education and effective classroom management.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across various subjects to secondary pupils.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Uphold school behaviour policies and classroom management strategies consistently.
* Engage pupils in their learning, promoting a respectful and focused atmosphere.
* Provide support and guidance to pupils, addressing questions and ensuring task completion.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience within secondary education.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behavioural leadership skills.
* Be highly adaptable and flexible to work across different school environments and subjects.
