About the Role
An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated Secondary Supply Teacher or Cover Supervisor to contribute to various supportive schools across the vibrant Waltham Forest area of East London. This flexible role involves maintaining educational continuity for pupils in mainstream secondary settings, covering an array of subjects as needed. You will deliver engaging lessons, utilising pre-prepared materials to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience for students. We are actively seeking professionals available for immediate starts, with opportunities ranging from daily assignments and short-term bookings to long-term cover and potential permanent placements, offering a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-planned lessons across diverse secondary subjects.
* Maintain a positive and focused learning atmosphere within the classroom.
* Uphold the school's behavioural policies consistently and fairly.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
* Collaborate professionally with school staff, including department heads and senior leaders.
* Accurately complete registration and attendance procedures for all assigned classes.

About You
* You possess UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Cover Supervisor within secondary education.
* A proven ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively is essential.
* You demonstrate excellent adaptability and resilience in varied school environments.
* A genuine passion for inspiring student learning and development drives your practice.
* You are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
