This exciting opportunity invites a dedicated Secondary Supply Teacher to join an exceptional school in East London, offering flexible cover across various secondary settings. You will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning, delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups. We are seeking professionals available for various contract durations, including daily supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements, and even permanent positions for the right candidate, commencing as soon as possible. This role provides an excellent platform to diversify your experience and significantly contribute to student progress, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £145 to £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across diverse secondary subjects and year groups.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a productive and respectful learning environment.
* Provide clear instructions and support to students, promoting active participation and understanding.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments and varying departmental expectations.
* Collaborate effectively with school staff to maintain continuity of educational provision.
* Ensure all school policies and procedures are adhered to consistently.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Cover Supervisor within secondary education.
* Demonstrate exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to inspire learners.
* Exhibit strong adaptability and resilience when working in different school settings.
* Hold a genuine passion for fostering student growth and academic achievement.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with staff and pupils.
* Committed to upholding the highest standards
