Key Responsibilities
* Successfully manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment for all pupils.
* Effectively deliver pre-set work to classes, clarifying instructions and expectations as needed.
* Maintain a safe, organised, and respectful learning space in accordance with school policies.
* Encourage active pupil engagement with their assigned tasks and academic activities.
* Communicate clearly and promptly with teaching staff regarding pupil progress and any arising issues.
