Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver highly effective intervention sessions tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and senior leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to pupil support.
* Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters confidence and academic growth.
* Maintain comprehensive records of pupil attendance, progress, and intervention outcomes.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and its commitment to pupil well-being.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience within a primary setting.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully raising attainment through targeted interventions.
* Exhibit a deep understanding of the primary national curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* Be highly adaptable, resilient, and proactive in identifying and addressing learning barriers.
