About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to support a variety of flourishing primary schools within the vibrant community of Birmingham. You will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive educational environment across different year groups, providing essential cover for both planned and unforeseen absences. This flexible role allows you to choose from daily, short-term, or long-term assignments, making a significant impact on pupil progress and school life.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well-prepared lessons across various primary key stages.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a productive learning atmosphere.
* Adhere strictly to individual school policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols.
* Collaborate positively with support staff and colleagues to ensure seamless cover.
* Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress and complete marking as required.
* Maintain a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all children.

About You
* You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrable experience teaching across primary year groups is essential.
* Possess strong adaptability, thriving in new and diverse school settings.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing approach.
* You are passionate about fostering a love for learning in young people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
