About the Role
An innovative school in Bedfordshire is seeking a passionate Physics Teacher with a Chemistry specialism for a long-term, permanent role starting September or sooner. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT), Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher to make a significant impact within a supportive secondary environment in the East of England. You will join a dynamic science department committed to academic excellence and fostering a love for learning in all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across the secondary key stages.
* Inspire student curiosity and understanding in Chemistry, leveraging your specialism.
* Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback for development.
* Contribute actively to the science department's collaborative and innovative ethos.
* Participate in wider school life, supporting extracurricular activities and student enrichment.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong academic background in Physics, with a demonstrable Chemistry specialism.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring young minds in science.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.
* Be dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
