Key Responsibilities
* Provide invaluable in-class support to primary-aged children across various subjects.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Support individual pupils or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs, to maximise their potential.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Help with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and displays.
* Encourage positive behaviour and foster pupils' social and emotional development.
About You
* You possess previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role within a primary setting.
* You have a genuine passion for supporting the educational journey and well-being of young learners.
* An understanding of various Special Educational Needs and effective support strategies is highly desirable.
* You are a proactive and adaptable individual, capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You hold relevant qualifications or training for working with children in an educational context.
