Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver stimulating EYFS curriculum activities that cater to diverse learning styles.

• Accurately assess pupil progress and maintain comprehensive records to inform future planning.
• Cultivate strong relationships with parents and carers, fostering effective home-school partnerships.
• Champion safeguarding policies and practices, ensuring the welfare and protection of all children.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Possess prior experience working as a Reception Class Teacher or within an EYFS setting.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to child-centred learning.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for various audiences.
• Are creative, adaptable, and proactive in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Show a dedication to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
