Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum, following existing plans.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a respectful and focused learning atmosphere.
• Adapt quickly to new settings and different year group requirements.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
• Collaborate positively with teaching assistants and other school staff.
• Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress and classroom observations where appropriate.
About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the UK.
• Possesses recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
• Demonstrates exceptional adaptability and a flexible approach to teaching.
• Exhibits strong classroom management skills, promoting positive pupil engagement.
• Shows a genuine passion for primary education and children's development.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
