About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join our thriving Science department at a dynamic school. This permanent, long-term position, commencing in September 2026, offers an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on pupils' learning journeys. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating Chemistry lessons across various key stages.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
* Contribute actively to the ongoing enhancement and innovation of the Science curriculum.
* Maintain a dynamic and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
* Participate in departmental meetings and school-wide professional development initiatives.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and refine teaching strategies consistently.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant Chemistry or Science degree.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for Chemistry, coupled with strong subject knowledge.
* Be adept at differentiating lessons to meet the diverse needs of all pupils effectively.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and staff.
* Show a proactive approach to professional development and a commitment to educational excellence.
* Exhibit strong classroom management abilities, creating an orderly and productive learning space for everyone.
