Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, adhering to school policies and curriculum frameworks.
• Maintain a stimulating and well-managed classroom environment, fostering positive pupil behaviour and independent learning.
• Plan and prepare lessons where necessary, ensuring all activities are differentiated to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
• Assess pupil learning and provide constructive feedback to support their development and inform class teachers of progress.
• Collaborate effectively with year group teams and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Uphold the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
About You
• You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching within a primary setting.
• You are highly adaptable, able to transition seamlessly between different year groups and subject areas with confidence.
• You exhibit exceptional classroom management skills, promoting a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
• You are passionate about fostering a love for learning and dedicated to securing the best possible outcomes for every child.
• You are an excellent communicator, capable of building strong rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
• You are proactive, organised, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
