We are seeking a dedicated Design and Technology Teacher to join a well-established school community in the vibrant West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire secondary students with a permanent contract, commencing either in September or sooner. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and innovative Design and Technology lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Foster a stimulating and safe learning environment for all students.
* Plan and prepare comprehensive schemes of work and lesson materials.
* Assess student progress effectively and provide constructive feedback.
* Contribute positively to departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Maintain excellent classroom management and uphold school values.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a genuine passion for Design and Technology education.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and strong subject knowledge.
* Be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Show adaptability and a proactive approach to teaching and learning.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, valuing collaboration.
