Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction tailored to the specific needs of primary SEN pupils.
* Adapt teaching materials and strategies to effectively meet individual education plans.
* Cultivate a supportive, safe, and stimulating classroom atmosphere for all learners.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance pupil outcomes.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and reporting on achievement.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pupil engagement and behavioural observations.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess relevant teaching experience.
* You have a demonstrable passion for working with primary pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* You possess a strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective pedagogical approaches.
* You exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
* You are highly adaptable, resilient, and can seamlessly integrate into new school settings.
