Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver bespoke learning experiences tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Effectively implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and track pupil achievements.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress rigorously, providing regular, constructive feedback.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to enhance educational outcomes.
* Cultivate a safe, stimulating, and positive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
* Maintain open and consistent communication with parents and carers regarding pupil development.

About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is an essential requirement for this position.
* You possess proven experience teaching pupils with complex special educational needs at secondary phase.
* A strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies and curriculum adaptation is vital.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary for effective collaboration.
* You demonstrate resilience, patience, and a genuine passion for SEN education.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice is highly valued.
