Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
* Deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
* Provide appropriate support to students, fostering their independence and participation in learning activities.
* Uphold the school's high standards for student conduct and welfare throughout the school day.
* Communicate effectively with teaching staff regarding student progress and any classroom incidents.
* Adapt quickly to different classroom dynamics and subject materials with confidence.
