Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-on-one and group support to secondary pupils with diverse and complex special educational needs.
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging, adapted curriculum activities across various subjects.
* Actively encourage and facilitate pupils' personal growth, self-reliance, and independent learning skills.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, stimulating, and highly inclusive educational atmosphere for all learners.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioural strategies.
About You
* You possess previous experience supporting children or young people with complex special educational needs.
* A strong understanding of the challenges and rewards of working within a secondary school environment is essential.
* You demonstrate exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in supporting diverse pupil requirements.
