Key Responsibilities
• Provide invaluable support to pupils across various subjects, individually and in small groups.
• Assist the class teacher in the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons.
• Help create and organise stimulating learning resources and displays.
• Promote positive behaviour management strategies within the classroom.
• Offer tailored assistance to pupils with special educational needs, ensuring their full participation.
• Contribute actively to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for all.

About You
• Possess prior experience working with primary school children in an educational setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and staff.
• Approach challenges with patience, empathy, and a positive outlook.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Hold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all young people.
