Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom dynamics to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and facilitate student learning.
* Maintain a safe, orderly, and productive environment for all pupils.
* Encourage student participation and engagement with learning tasks.
* Provide constructive feedback to relevant teaching staff regarding student progress.
* Uphold the school's established policies and procedures at all times.
About You
* Demonstrated experience in a secondary school environment, ideally as a Cover Supervisor.
* Possess exceptional behaviour management strategies and classroom presence.
* Ability to quickly build rapport with students and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
* Highly adaptable, proactive, and resilient in varying classroom situations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* A genuine commitment to supporting student well-being and academic progress.
