About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Intervention Teacher to empower pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, guiding them towards achieving their full potential through targeted support. Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver bespoke intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
• Assess pupil progress rigorously and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers to integrate support strategies.
• Provide regular feedback to pupils, parents, and colleagues regarding development.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievements and areas for growth.
• Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
• Demonstrate proven experience delivering targeted interventions across primary phases (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Exhibit a deep understanding of diverse learning needs and effective strategies.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage all stakeholders.
• Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Be genuinely passionate about accelerating pupil progress and building confidence.
