For a candidate to remain compliant with us while they are working on a supply basis certain check must consistently be re-run.
The expiry dates will alert us to a candidate’s compliance status running out, and when the checks need to be completed.
Please note, this does not mean that the checks with no expiry never have to be done again. Should we re-register a candidate after 6 months and if they have not worked for us during that time, all checks must be redone.
