Please ensure the next steps are followed for a smooth set up.
In-office hours (7am – 5pm (1pm on Fri)
1. To stop mobile app ringing while in the office set to DND (Just remember that you take this off when you leave the office) 2. If you are out of the office on a meeting or leave and still want to receive calls to your work mobile but NOT to the main office number, then set to ‘Unavailable’
Outside of office hours 1. To receive calls which are direct to your work mobile your phone should NOT be on DND and should be set to ‘Available’
Voicemail If everyone can please set a personal voicemail by dialling *98 from the CloudCall communicator (not the chrome extension)
