An exciting opportunity has just become available at a private day nursery based in a village location in south Northampton.
The nursery is Ofsted graded good and has strong links to the local community.
Ideally you will be Level 3 trained in Early Years however the nursery will also consider a Level 2 qualification.
The nursery is very passionate about staff progression and offers extensive skills training. The nursery chain also promotes within so if you are looking to become a future room leader or manager then this is a high possibility.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week which includes one early finish a week. Positions are available from the baby room up to pre school age.
As the successful Early Years Practitioner, you will be confident in the EYFS framework and using in the moment planning. The nursery also has a large focus on outdoor learning so you will need to be enthusiastic about working outdoors no matter rain or shine!
