At Dunbar Education we are working with a secondary school in East London who are seeking an inspiring PMLD teacher to enhance their SEN provision. This is a moderately sized secondary school in Newham which enrols 800 pupils. This position is permanent and full time from September. The successful candidate will work with a class of post 16 students.
What is expected of you?
The person appointed will be expected to make a significant contribution to the academic, moral and cultural well-being of students. As member of staff in the PMLD unit, you will need to have a patient, positive and kind attitude, with excellent communication skills and a genuine love of working with children. You will need to be confident working with children aged 11-16 both in a group setting and on a 1:1 basis.
