Ricky brings a diverse background to his role of Senior Recruitment Consultant, with experience spanning sales from a young age, including sunglasses, energy, mobile phones, gym memberships, and cars! After a decade in car sales, Ricky joined Dunbar in March 2024 seeking a better work-life balance and a fresh challenge in recruitment.

Outside of work, Ricky is passionate about his church community, music, and staying active at the gym. He lives by one simple mantra… Positive Mental Attitude. All day, every day!

In his own words…..

I love working with educators and schools, having four children of my own, I value everything they do, and am grateful to play a part. I have several Teachers and TAs within the family and have a genuine understanding of how much work they all do to educate and safeguard children every day.

My favourite quote is “God is good all the time!”.

In another life, I think I would be a Rap artist.

If I won the lottery tomorrow, I would help my family have financial freedom.

If I wasn’t so good at my job, I wouldn’t be so happy. Find something you love and never work a day in your life!

If I were a superhero, my superpower would be to have healing powers.
