James brings six years of experience in education recruitment, working closely with schools, nurseries, and education professionals to match the right people with the right roles. His background as a UKS2 teacher in both the UK and Qatar, gives him a strong understanding of the education sector and the needs of both clients and candidates.

What James enjoys most about recruitment is the buzz of finding the perfect fit, placing candidates in settings where they can truly thrive. He’s passionate about building strong relationships and takes pride in the positive impact that great placements can have on individuals and schools alike.

Outside of work, James is often found in the gym, out on the golf course, or unwinding at the 19th hole. He recently beat the 12,500/1 odds and hit a hole in one not long ago! Also, James got engaged in Thailand over the summer but after 6 years, the odds of this happening were much lower.

In another life, I think I would be a chef or a professional golfer. I’m bang average at both but have given them a good go!

If I won the lottery tomorrow, I’d stare at the 4 walls in my house in complete disbelief, then buy a 1 st class ticket out of the UK.

If I wasn’t so good at my job, I wouldn’t be able to build good rapport with all my candidates and place them into the new roles they’ve been searching for!

If I were a superhero, my superpower would be the ability to read the minds of the Senior Leadership Teams in our schools.
